You must include the Person's or Animal's Name and complete mailing address. The foundation will send a personalized letter to the owner or family to acknowledge your very thoughtful gift.

Contributions to the TVMA Political Action Committee are not deductible.  Contributions to the TVMA Foundation are deductible as charitable contributions.
