Fill out the form below to donate to the Tennessee Veterinary Medical Foundation (TVMF) or the TN-V-PAC (Political Action Committee).  Choose the option you would like from the drop down list, then enter your donation amount. 

For TVMF Donations Only: Please indicate in the "Comments" if you would like your contribution made in honor of or in memory of a special person or animal. You must include the Person's or Animal's Name and complete mailing address. The foundation will send a personalized letter to the owner or family to acknowledge your very thoughtful gift.

Contributions to the TVMA Political Action Committee are not deductible.  Contributions to the TVMA Foundation are deductible as charitable contributions.
